UX for real-life products: cars

As I wrote earlier, in my post 'What is UX?': UX as a concept is not new. It has been around for years. Maybe not being called 'UX', but the idea is the same. As an example, I use the fact that e.g. BMW works hard on tweaking the sound of the car-doors closing.
